Migrating to the California desert for the winter the last 10 years working at exclusive country clubs such as Toscana, Indian Ridge, El Dorado, and The Vintage where he had the privilege of working with professional athlete tennis players, golfers and golf pros. Glenn has always enjoyed challenging and encouraging a wide variety of people from young too old, believing it is never too late to focus on strength, mobility and flexibility to abstain a balanced healthy approach to accomplishing your fitness goals.
He now spends his winters and summers in Northern Michigan offering some exciting new training and recovery options working at the C Pilates studio starting in March 2023. One of the exciting classes RPG-Pilates (Reformer Performance Golf Pilates) is a TPI golf inspired conditioning class that integrates the importance of strengthening all aspects of muscles used in rotary movement and stability that is so essential in the kinetic sequence of the golf swing, while also focusing on flexibility and mobility.
Glenn also offers assisted therapeutic stretching. This stretch therapy is the scientific application of applied techniques that focus on the muscles, fascia and other connective tissue. This table based assisted stretching can improve certain physical problems associated with tight muscles and restricted joints. When performed properly, it can improve posture, circulation, and range of motion, accelerating your recovery from injury and providing relief from muscle soreness by reducing muscle tension. This can help prevent injuries and improve performance. Glenn believes that “flexibility is the longevity of life”.
